Fairfield Information Services & Associates welcomes applications from independently contracted court researchers and verifiers. We are currently adding researchers / verifiers in most states.

Our court researchers regularly conduct felony and misdemeanor criminal and on occasion, civil judgment & lien searches. We require researchers to physically visit the courthouse in the assigned county and conduct an "on site" search. Verifiers conduct employment, educational and professional reference verifications.

Researchers / verifiers must successfully complete our questionnaire designed to test their knowledge and experience in public record research, judicial process and / or interview skills. Researchers must carry their own liability insurance, sign a formal Agreement that affirms compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, local and state-specific laws and sign our own policy and procedure statement. Fees are negotiable based upon volume and paid bi-weekly.

Fairfield Information Services & Associates generally dispatches search requests and receives results via the Vendor-Net, our internet-based service for researchers / verifiers.
